For San Antonians who want to celebrate the season with taste, culture and infectious Latin Christmas music, the Grammy Award winning Henry Brun and The Latin Playerz are putting on a show for you. In 1989, Brun created the Latin Playerz, an ensemble that incorporates a variety of Latin styles with Rhythm and Blues, Swing and Jazz. Brun’s vivacious performances incite audiences to join in on his fun.

Brun has made more than 600 recordings, earning a Grammy award as producer of the song “Y” performed by Little Joe y La Familia on the 2007 album, Before The Next Teardrop Falls plus 21 Grammy nominations. Brun has recorded with the Texas Tornados, Rubén Ramos, Los Lobos and David Lee Garza.
